Invoicing system set up using Sage, Quickbooks, or an alternative preferred by client
Budget development or analysis
Supplier invoice tracking & follow-ups
Monthly summary reports (income/expenses overview)

Package hours: 40 per month
This package is ideal for start ups, or small and medium sized businesses, who are still in the thick of day-to-day work but want to move towards building smarter foundations, without a full operational overhaul.
We’ll work together to streamline 2 key workflows in your business, clean up the tools you’re already using, and introduce practical systems that save time, without overwhelming you or your team.
Package includes:
Audit of current tools being used
Professional recommendations for streamlining up to 2 workflows (internal or external)
Implementation of new systems
Training team members on new processes and workflows
All packages can be customized based on the clients needs.
Package hours: 50 per month
This elite package is built for start ups, or small and medium sized businesses, who are scaling and feeling the strain of messy workflows or a lack of internal structure. Together we will build the foundation you need to delegate with confidence, streamline your operations, and prepare your team for growth. This package brings calm, clarity, and confidence to every corner of your business.
Note: This package requires a minimum two-month contract.
